it works well with my lespaul but im not a hunbcker fan. I use fender more and obviously this high gain metal pedal wasn't designed for singlecoil

Insane.
Forget your amps distortion. This little amp in a box will turn your clean channel into death and destruction with one click.
The knobs are extremely responsive, the tone is excellent, and the pedal is simple and easy to use.
Not saying this is the only distortion pedal I’ll ever use, but this pedal has spoiled me. I’ll be extremely picky next time I’m shopping for some dirt & grime.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
Red setting all the way. I have extremely hot pickups so I like to keep the gain knob down and let the guitar do the work there.

Blown Away
The G3 was my first piece of gear from Revv. When i first plugged in i couldn't believe what i was hearing. This pedal is simply amazing! Its a tube amp in a box and does it well. The aggression switch bumps up or lowers your gain and some bass frequencies and the EQ has a huge range. This is a must have pedal as online demos do it no justice!

Build Quality is amazing
Hands down the best distortion pedal I've ever owned. You can completely dial in tones that range from almost a fuzz sounding distortion to complete gain heavy death metal tones. This pedal is going to remain on the board for good. I purchased the "Shocking Red" edition just because the color is very 80s metal, and who wouldn't love that?

Amp in a box
Wow. Great overdrive and distortion tones are stored in this wonderful pedal. It covers a lot of ground and has to be heard in person. Online demos just don't do this pedal any justice. The aggression switch is a very cool feature and the tone knobs have a wide, very usable, and musical range.
