James has both pedals set up next to each other so that he can switch between a clean channel and a dirty channel at the same time.

James used a Divided by 13 FTR 37 throughout the late 2000s and early 2010s. He can be seen using it in the music video for “If I Never See Your Face Again” (2008). He used a mix of a Matchless Independence 35 head and a Divided by 13 FTR 37 head to achieve his guitar tone on the ‘Hands All Over’ tour between 2010 and 2011.
