In this interview, guitarist John 5 shows off his amp at (6:15), the Marshall JCM 900. It’s “the 100 Watt High Gain Dual Reverb, and have a beautiful white… it’s great, you know. It’s all I need. It’s just a... just does the job, and then I’m running... On the other side, I’m running the Redhead, and it’s the same thing, JCM 900. So I’m running two heads on one side and then two heads on the other side.”

At the bottom of Premier Guitar's "Rig Rundown - Rob Zombie's John 5 (2013)" article it says "The amps power four Marshall 1960B 4x12 cabinets"

He used those during the Holy Wood tour.

In a 2024 video interview and rig exploration hosted by American Musical Supply, John 5's guitar technician provides an overview of his live equipment setup with The Creatures. At the 20:45 mark, the technician specifically discusses the use of the EVH 5150IIIS EL34 100-watt Tube Head as part of John 5's rig.

According to the guitar rig diagram from Guitar Geek, John 5 used a Marshall MF350 Mode Four 350W Head.

In the "John 5 Rig Rundown" video by Premier Guitar, at the 30:41 mark, an EVH 5150 III 100-Watt 4x12" Guitar Speaker Cabinet is visibly positioned upside down directly beneath John 5’s EVH 5150IIIS 100-watt EL34 tube head, confirming its use by the artist.

According to a Rig Rundown conducted by John Bohlinger for Premier Guitar, John 5 uses a Marshall 1960B 4x12'' Cabinet.
