In a performance at NAMM 2018, Lee Ritenour played a Yamaha Revstar RS420 guitar, as seen in a video by 6stringtheorycontest on YouTube. Despite it not being the top model in Yamaha's lineup, Ritenour's choice of the RS420 highlights its unique appeal.

Yahama features Lee on their site and lists this guitar as the one he uses, as well as other Yamaha guitars.

During a live performance at Blue Note Milano, Lee Ritenour can be seen playing a Gibson Les Paul Custom Electric Guitar, as captured in a video by Bluenotemilano.
