Miyoko Nakamura

While TK (in this MV) used a Sennheiser e 935, then 345 is using a Shure SM58 (judged by the cyrindral shape of the capsule and a thinner body that the Sennheiser one)

While Toru has his signature model telecaster from Schecter, Miyoko (nicknamed "345") has her own signature bass that she's been seen using in many live performances. The page for her signature model can be found here.

This image taken from Schecter's website shows that Miyoko had at some points switched between the Ampeg SVT and the Orange AD200B heads.

In this image taken from the Japanese Schecter website, it seems that Miyoko used Orange amplifiers besides the Ampegs. In either case, she used a 4x10 cabinet.
