Neil plays a heavily reliced ESP LTD EC-401B. Neil claims it was not quite what he needed. Thus he's removed the neck pickup and most of the electronics. He fitting the bridge with a Bare Knuckle Juggernaut humbucker. The guitar was heavily relliced by his guitar tech as well as Travis Barker's son Landon while on tour with Blink. This guitar even has staples that where shot into the body, along with heavy ware to the finish

For ADTR's live cover of Privit Eye By Alkaline Trio, Neil can be seen using a custom Jaguar. This Jaguar has one pickup and volume knob

"I think my first guitar I got that was like a real guitar was an ESP EC-400 or something like that. It had EMGs in it and ESP was one of the only companies making the Les Paul body style with the EMG pickups just out the gate.
