In an It’s Psychedelic Baby magazine article from 2024, a picture of Paul Rudolph is included SHOWING him playing a Gibson Les Paul Deluxe (notice the Mini Humbucker) in 1971, at the time he played with Pink Fairies.

Additionally, there is a forum post I’ve included an address for with an ad mentioning Paul Rudolph played a Les Paul Junior that was stolen. It then indicates he borrowed a Les Paul Deluxe before saying he finally got a Custom. It contains comment by Paul Rudolph himself.

In this forum post, Paul Rudolph and others comment on his guitars in his Pink Fairies era. A Les Paul Junior is mentioned with a serial number from 1957, the final year Gibson made single cut Juniors (they produced double cut juniors starting in 1958).
