Roby Facchinetti's Gear
In this photo, Roby can be seen using a white model of the famous Steinway Grand Piano. Steinway Official Italian Endorser, Roby, on this piano, wrote the music of some important Pooh tracks like "Domani". He uses this piano also today for acoustic songs of live concerts.
Roby Facchinetti acquired the Moog Minimoog Voyager directly from engineer R. Moog in London in 1972. He used this synthesizer to compose and perform the instrumental introduction of the renowned song "Noi due nel mondo e nell'anima." Facchinetti was often referred to as the "Italian Keith Emerson" for his innovative use of the instrument.
Roby Facchinetti has probably been the first user of this particular model of electric organ. In this picture it's possible to see him playing Hammond C3 in the famous "Noi due nel mondo e nell'Anima"
The famous intro of "Ci Penserò Domani", a very well-known song by Pooh written by Roby, was "invented" with the innovative Korg synth. In this picture you can see it: it's the light brown keyboard behind Roby.
