Samuel Salkill's Gear
In the video "Torn - Roughin' It," Samuel Salkill is shown using the Fender Mustang GT 100 amplifier for both recording and live performances. He later replaced it with a Katana amplifier for increased power.
The Danelectro can be seen in this instagram picture showing Sam's collection before adding the ES-339 he uses regularly now.
This PA is used in shows for the microphone and keyboard occasionally. It can be seen next to the bass drum in this video. I use this for small shows or DIY places without sound systems, and I also use it for outdoor practice.
In an Instagram post, Samuel Salkill is shown with his Squier Vintage Modified Mustang. He mentioned purchasing it some time ago and using it briefly before switching to his Telecaster.
The guitar can be seen here in a picture from the band's instagram, taken at a local show.
This guitar is used by Sam most often and can be seen in the second slide of this instagram post.
Sam traded in his Fender GT for a Boss Katana 2x12, he currently uses it as his main amp, and still uses a GT100 owned by a bandmate (Mason) as a keyboard amp.
This guitar can be seen in this video when we played at Woodbutcher's Follies in our hometown Aurora, MO. This is the first electric guitar I ever owned and I still have it.
Samuel Salkill acquired an Epiphone Casino to replace his previous 339 model. The Instagram post by thereinsband, captioned "#newguitarday with @samathisphone," features a photo of Salkill with the guitar, indicating his ongoing use of it since the purchase.
