Scott Hutchison's Gear
In this video you can see Scott playing a Martin Accoustic Guitar. It appears to be an electro-accoustic with a tortoiseshell pickguard to my eyes.
In these pictures you can see Scott playing a telecaster with a humbucker in the neck, and with what looks like a modified bridge system
In this live video (on KEXP) Scott can be seen using a Fender Telecaster with a Humbucker in the neck position. Other sources have confirmed it is a 1999 USA Standard Telecaster (HS pickup config.) You can note also the tape locking the pickup selector in the neck position.
Scott Hutchison of Frightened Rabbit used the Mesa/Boogie Transatlantic TA-30 2x12 Combo as part of their North America backline, as listed on Reverb.
SN: B-442758 This amp was bought during The Winter of Mixed Drinks touring campaign and is considered as Scott Hutchisons main touring amp in the United States. If you saw a Frightened Rabbit show in the USA in the last 5 years then Scott was almost certainly playing through this amp. Well toured on but in very good working condition. Comes with an ATA approved flight case.
In this Instagram video originally posted on the official Frightened Rabbit Instagram account, Scott Hutchinson can be seen playing what looks like a Epiphone Casino Revolution. The photo of Scott Hutchinson playing live also shows him playing the same guitar.
