In a press photo available on SFV Acid's artist page from his label, Zane Reynolds, known as SFV Acid, is seen with a Roland TB-303. Given the authentic 303 sound on his tracks, it's likely this is a key instrument in his recordings.

An Elektron Machinedrum MK2 is seen throughout his LA Boiler Room set, uploaded May 13, 2013. The silkscreening on the rear panel indicates it is a MK2, not a MK1. Whether or not the unit is also a UW/"user wave" model is unclear, but it's an MK2, at the very least.
