This video of King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard's first concert. In said video, Stu Mackenzie seems to be using a Fender Band-Master VM Vintage Modified 2-Channel 40-Watt Guitar Amp Head. You can tell by the "V" logo on the bottom right corner of the head.

At 39:23 in the Premier Guitar "Rig Rundown" video featuring King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, the Mesa Boogie PowerHouse Reactive Load Attenuator - 8ohm can be clearly seen positioned on top of Stu Mackenzie's Fender Hot Rod Deluxe amplifier.

In a video of one of King Gizzard's first performances, recorded by drbazh for RMIT University in 2010, Stu Mackenzie can be seen using an Orange Amplifiers PPC Series PPC212-C 120W 2x12 Closed Back Guitar Speaker Cabinet with a Fender head.
