In May 1994, Thom Yorke used a Fender Super 112 amplifier as a monitor during Radiohead’s performance at the Rock Am Ring festival. This is supported by footage from the event on May 22, 1994, where the amplifier is clearly visible.

The Mesa Boogie Maverick Dual Rectifier 2-Channel 35-Watt 1x12" Guitar Combo was used by Thom Yorke during an Atoms for Peace show in 2010, where it was positioned alongside his guitar rack.
