In an interview with Jazz Views, Tony Hymas stated, "I bought an ARP Odyssey and didn’t know how to get it to work. In the early 70s, keyboard players had to have some kind of synthesiser, but I didn’t find it at all easy – I’m not saying I do now," thus confirming his use of the Odyssey.
