Trey Azagthoth's Gear
At the beggining of this video you can see trey using a black NJ Series Warlock. This is not trey azagthoth, trey has a right arm tattoo (can be seen later in the video) this is more than likely MAs second guitarist Richard brunelle who played on the first two albums alongside Trey.

Trey Azagthoth uses the Electro-Harmonix EH-7900 Micro Synthesizer, as detailed on the EHX website.
Trey Azagthoth used the Electro-Harmonix HOG Harmonic Octave Generator in the studio for Morbid Angel's "Illud Divinum Insanus" album. This usage is documented on the Electro-Harmonix website.

In this screenshot from a 2009 live performance by Morbid Angel, we can see Trey Azagthoth playing an Ibanez UV777. This guitar is easily recognisable because of the "Light without Heat" pyramid logo under the bridge.

Trey Azagthoth is known to use the Dunlop Tortex Standard 1.14mm picks, as mentioned in a Guitar World article by Jon Wiederhorn. While he uses custom printed versions, these picks are the closest to his choice for playing with Morbid Angel.
