Troy Van Leeuwen's Amplifiers
At 1:11 in the video he says he uses this amp live as a dry amp in combination with his Vox and the Fender as wet amps.
Talking about his amp setup at 4:49, "They're both hand-wired AC30s. They are Tolexed in bronco red because all our amps are Tolexed in bronco red right now. I use those because they're new and I think I've had one go down on me in the last six years."
Troy plays and talks about his Vox AC50CPH Head Amp, there is no proof that he plays this any time apart from just the occasional jam but it seems that Vox gave him this Amp in exchange for a bit of publicity. This video is posted by Vox Amps on Youtube.
"Sometimes I plug my 1963 Fender Bassman head into a Marshall 4X12 in the studio," says Troy Van Leeuwen, in this article.
Troy plugs his Vox amplifier heads into Marshall cabinets in studio and live. Premier Guitar states, "He plays through two Vox AC30s, a combo and a head driving Vox and Marshall cabs."
About his amps, Troy Van Leeuwan states, in an interview with Guitar.com, "It's the Black Cat model, a thirty-watt combo that is both thick and sharp. The best combo I've ever played."

In this interview made by Revebr.com a Troy Van Leeuwen, there is talk about the equipment sold by Troy for its future sale because it had two of each piece and needed vending to make room for new equipment for its new project in QOTSA. Among the pieces sold, is the Ampeg SVT 810E.
Mentioned in this June 25, 2012 Fender interview.
Well, I use anything and everything. On records, there’s nothing sacred. We’ll take a speaker and then break it specifically, and mic it with the mic against the floor instead of on the speaker. There are really no rules. It’s funny because I just discovered this Fender Excelsior amp. It’s a typical amp that you would find in the Queens recording session – something that has got low watts and is kind of funky. Like an old Teisco amp or something that is made in Japan, and that nobody wants anymore. So that’s why I liked playing through the Excelsior. It kind of reminds me of how we do things. Plus, it looks vintage, almost like a suitcase.

In an interview with Reverb.com, Troy Van Leeuwen discusses selling some of his gear, including the Tech 21 Trademark 120 Combo Amp. He mentions this sale was part of making space for new equipment for his upcoming project with Queens of the Stone Age.
Used on Gone is Gone, Echolocation and Villains, as stated in this October 26, 2017 AudioTechnology interview and this September 12, 2018 The Gear Page post by user Navyjon21.

On the amp side, van Leeuwen relied on a two amp system. He used his Peavey solid state head for anything that was quick with a lot of attack. The other amp he used was an EchoPark Vibramatic 4T5 made by Gabriel Currie. “It’s a perfect mix of a ’60s Bassman and a ’60s Super Reverb with a little Vox,” he explained. “It’s very open. The head itself is small and he makes these cabinets with one 12-inch and two 10-inches in them, so I had the option of either speaker. I just love those speakers and cabinet, so I was using them most of the time.”
The Gear Page, "Echopark 4T5......anyone?", Navyjohns21, comment #8, September 12, 2018
I actually own the very first production model of the 4t5 which Gabe just told me is no longer being made. The amp was loaned to Troy Van Leeuwen of Queens of the Stone Age to record his side project gone is gone before it reached my hands. (...) If you are interested in what the amp sounds like in a live setting here is a link on youtube from Queens of the Stone Age live in Rio from 2015. Troy Van Leeuwen is exclusively using the 4t5.
