Wyatt Shears of The Garden is currently using the EarthQuaker Devices Rainbow Machine to create unique, wacky tones, as shown on Instagram.

Wyatt can be seen plugging in his pedal setup at 0:22 in this video [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaqcJx9BtaY]. You can very much tell that The Garden uses a delay pedal combined with some sort of reverb to get them that surfer, spacey punk bass sound.

Wyatt commonly uses this pedal in alot of his recordings, you’ll hear it being used on the song ”Lounge Thoughts”, “C’mon Paradise This Way”, “Punk Planet”, And “Heading Towards Happiness” by Enjoy. He mainly uses it as an autowah, and a filter. He mixes it with effects to create some wacky sounds for his lead bass aswell.

@rexosterkamp, the lead bassist for enjoy, posted this on his instagram story. It was most likely used in earlier 2012-2014 songs since you dont hear it in his newer songs. this distorted tone can be heard in “Ive Wasted So Much Time”, “Touch”, “Avoid Me By Walking Two Steps Backwards”, “Terrific As Terrific Gets”, and a few others by Enjoy

The use of the Boss CE-3 Chorus pedal by Wyatt Shears is confirmed through a photograph captured during his most recent tour, as well as being prominently featured in a post on Wyatt Shears' Instagram dated March 1st, where he appears on the floor alongside the pedal.
