I use them daily for phone calls, music listening and getting rid of "outside" environment because ANC here is great.
Second cool thing of ANC is when using them as wired it is also possible to cancel all noises, so pluggin them into the MPC or whatever in noisy places is good to go.
The only con I found is that connection between iPhone 11 is quite bad (I have to restart headphones several times or connect them manually via settings (control center) in iOS) when multipoint option is on.

Not good handling line-in signals, a lot of distortion and noises.
Still quite good to record ambience and/or voice. I used it in video production matters to have the ambience recorded correct, and also for recoding voiceovers.
