Love this Strat, it's not my only made in Indonesia Squier, they really make great products, I'm very happy, sound great, play great, feel great!

Just got it on 26 Oct 2019, only played it a couple of times, it's sweet. Going through Vox VT20 right now. I love trem bars, but I can never figure out how far to screw them in.

My first Jazzmaster. I had been looking into Jazzmasters for a while. I wasn't really interested in another Squire as I had just picked up a 70s Classic Vibe Strat. This J Mascis popped up on Offerup for 300 and I couldn't pass it up. Great condition. I was a bit used to the weight of my Jaguar and my Epiphone Les Paul so when I got this Jazzmaster, I was thinking, heck, let's go for a run! So light but it's "tight", really feels like an extension of my hands, nice! I am still messing with tones and such, but I think it sounds great.

I've just dabbled with the tone studio because I mostly just use it clean at this point, but this thing is loud and fun (and light!)!

Common theme is that it does what it was designed for, distortion. For the price and ease of operation, you can't beat it. I got mine for $25 used. There was a time and place a long long time ago in a land far away that I showed up somewhere to play and guess what, I did not have my pedal. We had to go straight to the board/PA and I was screwed. If only I had a DS-1 (or any other pedal for that matter). Bottom line, even if it's not permanently on or even on your board, throw one in as a back up/last resort, you won't be disappointed.
