He is using it to play the song Showbiz live at the Düsseldorf Philipshalle in Germany (performance from December 18th 1999). He used this guitar during the Showbiz era. The guitar also makes an appearance in the Uno music video. In 2000, at the end of the song Showbiz played during a performance at the Astoria in London, Matt Bellamy completely destroys this guitar.
Fender Freddie Tavares Aloha Stratocaster
A limited edition Fender Custom Shop item and one of Bellamy's first guitars. It was used extensively for both touring and recording throughout Showbiz and Origin of Symmetry, and remained in use during sessions through The Resistance.
