Mike can be seen in concert with Green Day, and an Ampeg VST-II on the right side of the image. From what is known, it is believed that Mike Dirnt used this amp from approximately September 1993 to May 1996. Based off of available pictures, it was also used in studio on the album "Dookie".
Chris Squire previously used the Ampeg SVT-II bass amplifier head before transitioning to the SVT 2-Pro model. This is evidenced by a user-uploaded photo on Radioswissclassic.
Greg ran through this head and 8x10 Eden cabinets in the 1990's, which he's since replaced with the Fractal AXE-FX systems, according to this interview.
