Electronic was a pioneering British supergroup formed in 1988, blending the talents of Bernard Sumner, lead vocalist and guitarist of New Order, and Johnny Marr, former guitarist of The Smiths. Known for their innovative fusion of new wave, electronica, and alternative rock, the duo often collaborated with other notable musicians, such as Neil Tennant of the Pet Shop Boys and former Kraftwerk member Karl Bartos.
