Entombed is a pioneering Swedish metal band known for their influential contributions to the death metal genre. Formed in Stockholm in 1987, the group originated from the ashes of the band Nihilist and initially included members Nicke Andersson (drums), Alex Hellid (guitar), and Lars-Göran "L.G."
