Team Sleep is an experimental rock band known for their moody blend of alternative metal, shoegaze, and Sacramento indie influences. The group was formed by Chino Moreno (vocals, guitar), who is best recognized as the frontman of Deftones. He is joined by Todd Wilkinson (guitar) and DJ Crook (turntables, electronics), Moreno's childhood friend, alongside a rotating lineup of contributors. The band aims to merge the heavy atmospheric elements of Moreno’s primary band with the ethereal beats reminiscent of Massive Attack, creating a unique auditory experience.
