Foxgear is an Italian guitar effects and amplifier brand founded in 2017 as a joint venture between Gurus Pedals (led by Chicco Bellini) and Baroni-Lab (led by engineer Ugo Baroni). Both parent companies are subsidiaries of Schecter. The collaboration was conceived to bring boutique-quality tone design to a wider audience at accessible price points, with products designed in Italy and assembled in Korea. Foxgear launched its first products commercially in 2019.

The company's lineup spans compact effects pedals, pedal-format amplifiers, and professional audio gear. Their effects catalog includes the Fenix overdrive (featuring proprietary DynaFET circuitry), the Manic vintage fuzz, the Korus analog chorus, the Squeeze optical compressor, and the Rainbow Reverb. Foxgear also produces pedal-sized amplifiers like the Kolt 45 (45W) and the Plex 55, which deliver full amp power in a stompbox form factor. Several products in the range carry artist signatures: the Ryder distortion designed with Doug Aldrich (Dio, Whitesnake, The Dead Daisies), the Echosex 3 delay with Steve Lukather (Toto), and the Knee Trembler tremolo with Guy Pratt (Pink Floyd). The pedals feature a distinctive design with illuminated acrylic faceplates, top-mounted jacks, and screw-free housings.

Foxgear bridges the gap between its parent companies' high-end boutique heritage and the mass market, using quality components like Wima capacitors, Alpha potentiometers, and Panasonic relays while maintaining competitive pricing. Gurus and Baroni-Lab continue to operate as separate premium brands under the same umbrella, with Foxgear serving as the more affordable entry point into their shared engineering philosophy.

Foxgear has 34 products cataloged on Equipboard, including Distortion Effects Pedals, Guitar Amplifier Heads, and Delay Effects Pedals. Their gear is featured by 4 artists, with the strongest followings in Rock, Pop, and Reggae. Notable users include Guy Pratt, Trey Spruance, and Tyler Bates. Foxgear's catalog spans the full price spectrum — from entry-level options to high-end flagships.
