Biyang is a Chinese manufacturer of guitar effects pedals and audio equipment, founded in 2003 in Shanxi Province. The company, formally Beijing Biyang Sound Electronic Co., Ltd, is a privately owned, family-run operation led by Mr. Wang Qi. Biyang has built a strong reputation in the budget effects pedal market, producing reliable true-bypass pedals in durable metal enclosures at accessible price points. The company also does OEM manufacturing for other brands.

Biyang's product catalog spans several distinct lines. The ToneFancier series, introduced in 2007, features full-size pedals with mirror-finish stainless steel control panels and includes models like the X-Drive overdrive. The Baby Boom series, launched in 2010, offers miniature versions of popular effects in colorful housings — standouts include the TimeMachine analog delay (AD-10) and the Tri-Reverb (RV-10). The Classical Series, released in 2012, draws inspiration from iconic vintage circuit designs. Perhaps most distinctive is the LiveMaster, a modular multi-effects platform available in 4-, 7-, and 10-slot mainframes that accept over 40 swappable all-analog effect modules, letting players customize their signal chain while keeping a compact footprint.

In 2010, Biyang expanded into amplification with the Wangs brand, producing boutique-style tube amplifiers. The Wangs Mini 5, a compact all-tube amp head, has been particularly well-received. Both the pedal and amplifier divisions operate out of the same facility in Shanxi Province, maintaining small-batch, handmade production methods.

Biyang has 43 products cataloged on Equipboard, including Delay Effects Pedals, Overdrive Effects Pedals, and Reverb Effects Pedals. Their gear is featured by 9 artists, with the strongest followings in Rock, Jazz, and Electronic. Notable users include emma essex, Chris Poland, and Blake Skipper. Most Biyang products sit on the budget-friendly end of the spectrum.
