Mäag Audio is a professional audio equipment manufacturer based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, founded in 2009 by sound engineer Cliff Maag Sr. alongside his sons Ryan and Cliff Jr. and partner Travis Allen. The company is a continuation of Cliff Maag's earlier work at NTI/Nightpro in the 1990s, where he first introduced the AIR BAND® — a high-frequency shelving band designed to add open, transparent top end to recordings without the harshness associated with conventional high-shelf EQs.
