Revelation is a British guitar brand with roots in the 1990s, when German musical instrument company Hohner first developed the concept for the UK market. British pickup designer and guitar expert Alan Entwistle played a central role in shaping the brand's circuitry, pickup designs, and instrument specifications, working out of Hohner's UK Custom Shop in Bedwas, South Wales. The project was shelved in the mid-1990s when Hohner shifted its global strategy, and the Revelation name lay dormant for over a decade before Sutherland Trading — which had taken over Hohner's UK distribution — revived the brand in 2010 with Entwistle's continued involvement.

Revelation specializes in affordable electric guitars and basses that draw heavily from classic vintage designs while incorporating modern electronics.
