Veritas Custom Guitars is a small-batch electric guitar and bass builder founded in 2010 by luthier Casey Marvin, who apprenticed under acoustic guitar builder Charles Fox. The company began as a garage operation in Vancouver, Washington — across the river from Portland, Oregon — before relocating its shop to Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. Marvin started modifying guitars as a child and opened his first custom shop, C.J. Marvin Guitars, at 16 before rebranding as Veritas.

The lineup is built around a handful of original body shapes rather than traditional copies. Core models include the Portlander (including a DoubleCut variant and a Firebird-inspired version), the Riverton, the Texas Miracle and Monterey Miracle, the offset-style FiveOThree, and the semi-hollow ThreeSixO. Alongside the master-built custom shop tier, Veritas offers a more affordable ProLine / American Pro-Series line, and winds a range of in-house pickups used across their builds.
