...related to my previous post: The SSL-2 interface that i use for the Sessions has a volume control that goes to 11. So, not only does it sound amazing, it was manufactured by a company with a sense of humour. Thanks to @thatstudioguy for getting me one of these early on. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a brilliant piece of kit to base a recording space around. @solidstatelogic 🇬🇧

...i now have 3 of these things. One for IG. One for @thesmokingtire Sessions. And this new one is for the Sessions @theaudiosalon - thanks to @thatstudioguy & @sslaudio for getting it out to me. I ain’t kidding...there is nothing at this price-point, or for a few above it, that can beat it sonically. A brilliant piece of kit. And, yes, i paid for it...and, yes, it DOES go to 11.
