Claudio Narea uses the Peavey Special 112 amplifier during live performances, such as those at Plaza de Acho and Chateau Rock in 1987, as well as the 1986 and 1987 shows at Estadio Chile. In the YouTube video of Los Prisioneros' 1986 Estadio Chile performance, the amplifier is visible when Narea performs "Mentalidad Televisiva."

In the video "Los Prisioneros - Sala de ensayo" at the 1:30 mark, Claudio Narea can be seen using a Marshall JCM900 4100 100-watt 2-channel Tube Head. This amplifier head, identified by the input next to the gain knob, was used throughout the reunion tour, with Narea reportedly having two of these heads, as noted in the video from Paramar 2001.
