This photo shows D'arcy Wretzky with a classic Music Man Stingray bass, highlighting her use of this instrument.
Used during the Gish era, previously widely believed to be the 300SM, but a comparison of the two heads belies an obvious difference.
Can be seen at 6:07. This video is from 1988 so this is a early version of the BF-2 with black knobs.

"This Regal Dobro Bass is from the private collection of Billy Corgan.
This Dobro was originally purchased for D’arcy for some acoustic Pumpkins shows, but only used a couple times.
This dobro bass is in great condition, with a like-new, unblemished finish. The metal hardware, including the resonator plate, has lost its luster, though.
The strings will definitely need replacing, as this bass hasn't been used in a long time. It plays solidly, albeit with slightly high action. The single lipstick pickup works fine.
This bass will ship in a non-original hardshell case originally meant for 335 type guitars."
In this image D'arcy stays near a Trace Elliot head and cabs. This article from Electronic Musician writes "The bass parts were recorded with Wretzky’s black Fender P-Bass—dubbed the “Rat Bass” for the scattering of white rat stickers all over the face—and played through a Trace Elliot AH300SM."
Visible to D'Arcy's left in the Zero vid.

D'arcy Wretzky used Rotosound RS66LD Swing Bass 45-105 strings, as evidenced by the distinctive red silk on her Precision Bass during early Smashing Pumpkins tours around the Gish era. This is supported by a photo from a 1991 concert.
In the early days of The Smashing Pumpkins, D'arcy Wretzky played a ~1984 Yamaha BB 300 Bass (Black). This is evidenced by footage from the 1988 Pulse Basement Jam cable show, where she is seen using this specific bass. Additionally, Billy Corgan referenced this bass when selling his own Yamaha BB 300 Bass (Red), noting that D'arcy used the same model in black when the band first started. This information is supported by a remastered video of the performance on YouTube, provided by the channel "Remastered videos."
In an eBay auction listed on the official Smashing Pumpkins account from October 19 to October 29, 2011, a "1996 Ernie Ball Music Man Baritone Bass Guitar" was sold for $1700. The listing confirmed that this instrument was used by D'arcy Wretzky on the 1998 Adore outtake "Waiting". The auction included a hardshell case, noted minor scratches on the back, and provided the serial number #97705, indicating it was manufactured on May 1, 1996. Additionally, a certificate of authenticity signed by Billy Corgan accompanied the sale.
D'arcy Wretzky was known to use Ernie Ball Regular Slinky Bass Strings (50-105) during the 1990s. This is evidenced by the distinct lack of silk and the recognizable yellow ball ends on the strings of her bass, as seen in the image from the provided source.
