Dean has played on this stuff during Post Pop Depression Tour. He borrowed this Telecaster from Troy Van Leeuwen.

In this photo, Dean Fertita can be seen playing a Gretsch G6136T White Falcon Electric Guitar. Instead of the usual falcon logo on the pickguard, this one has the James Bond logo. The guitar was part of a group of instruments meant to be played live by Jack White and Alicia Keys, since together they recorded the theme song to the James Bond film Quantum of Solace. The Dead Weather inherited the equipment, hence Fertita playing this customized guitar.

Starting with the very first song, Burn The Witch, Dean can be seen playing a Maton BB1200, while Josh is playing a MotorAve Bel Air. He could be borrowing it from Josh as Josh plays one in the next song, but I don’t recall ever seeing them doing much instrument trading.
