Very briefly at 0:49, a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier can be seen. I know that Deryck used these up until around 2003/2004 before the switch to Marshalls.
In this post, on Sum 41's Facebook, the caption reads, "just bought these new amps. these 2 amps together make such a huge sound. this is what we used a lot on the chuck album. they were the main guitar sounds on "no reason" "bitter end" "angels with dirty faces" and "we're all to blame". i can't wait to lay some guitars down for the new record with these. you'll hear a lot of them on this new stuff. "

At 0:12, briefly there is a shot of a few stacks of dented 1960B cabinets. These are also the cabs that Tom and Deryck have been using recently on the 13 Voices tour.
At around 1:20 of this video he states that the ‘65 Twin Reverb reissue was the primary clean sound used on the Underclass Hero record and resulting tour by Sum 41.

Used heavily on Screaming Bloody Murder, 13 Voices and Order In Decline records. The Amp in the external cabinet is the original head that goes with the speaker cabinet. I had the head cabinet made so I can have the head inside the control room and the speakers out in the studio." - Deryck
This is a cabinet loaded with a Vox Silverbell and a Weber Blue Dog speakers. This is a 1962 Vox AC30 combo that was refitted inside of a head. There are 6 inputs but the top three are capped. Each input corresponds to 1 of the volume knobs. Each one of those is affected by a single tone knob.

This amp appears to have been modded where the high treble knob is now the gain knob for channel 1 and the normal knob is now gain for channel 2. The external speaker jack on the back has been converted into a "Master Volume" knob.
