Earl “Wya” Lindo

Used alongside the Rhodes and Clavinet on The Wailers Catch a Fire and Burnin tours along with the recording of the Burnin album. You can see Lindo playing it on both The Old Grey Whistle Test and Capitol Rehearsal performances with The Wailers.

One of Lindo's main instruments used during his time with The Wailers and with other Reggae artist. Famously he used this on Get Up, Stand Up, I Shot the Sheriff, Burnin' and Lootin', Could You Be Loved and Forever Loving Jah among others.

This used by Lindo on The Old Grey Whistle Test performance of Stir it Up. He also used it on a few songs off the Burnin album mainly Rastaman Chant and No Sympathy.

Lindo used this with The Wailers during the Catch a Fire and Burnin tours and on the sessions for the Burnin album. You can hear it on the live versions of Rastaman Chant, Stop That Train and Kinky Reggae among others.
