Through this entire Black Breath performance at Death Fest in 2016 you can see Eric's rig (he is the one with longer hair on the left if you are looking at the stage). His amp head has that signature metal plate/grill front that the dual rectifier has, you can even make out the MESA logo.

I got a Jugendstil pedal from god city instruments, Kurt Ballou's company. Kurt Ballou has produced at least the last 3 black breath albums. I replied to the email letting me know the pedal was on the way to say I liked the pedal and ask if by any chance the pedal existed when he recorded with Black Breath. He said no, then remarked that "They were pretty diehard MIJ HM-2 with batteries and in the loop of an NS-2". I uploaded a screenshot of the email exchange and redacted my own name and email.
