Godfrey Townsend

He once wrote on this guitar "thanks to Dr. Bruce Bumstead who helped make it possible for me to own this fine instrument..."

This pic. was taken at Madison Park, Queens in 1981. Later it was modified with Dimarzio PAFs &  Kahler Tremolo.

This picture was taken in The Coventry - Queens, NY at 1975.. This is a 1962 Fender Stratocaster in it's original custom color 'Inca Silver'. It was bought for him at Alex's Music on 48th St in 1974 as a graduation gift for $340.
