In this Youtube video of a Super Furry Animals concert in Toulouse, Gruff uses a Gibson ES-335 during a performance of Rings Around The World at 7:18. This guitar was also talked about in depth on an episode of Siop Roc featuring Super Furry Animals rhythm guitarist Huw Bunford.

In this photo, Gruff can be seen holding a Gibson Flying V. Gruff used this guitar as his main for a while and used it heavily during the Fuzzy Logic era. He used this guitar for live shows and studio recordings.

In this YouTube video of Gruff Rhys performing Superfast Jellyfish with Gorillaz and De La Soul, Gruff can be seen using a Fender Mustang Electric Guitar. You can see it clearly at 1:36. I'm unsure whether Gruff actually owns the guitar or was given it by Gorillaz for the show because as far as I know, Gruff hasn't been seen with the Mustang since this show.
