Jacob Collier's Gear
Used all across the Djesse albums, especially on the more electronic tracks in Djesse Vol. 3. Discussed in the livestream around 13:58.
By his piano, Jacob Collier used a Moog Little Phatty Stage II for synth leads at his BBC Proms show in 2018.
In the photo from Infoglobo, Jacob Collier is seen using the Clavia Nord Lead 4 Synthesizer during a live performance.
The Perform-VE can be seen on top of his Nord keyboard throughout the video. The close-up shot at 6:22 in this video clearly shows the label on the item and confirms that it is a Perform-VE. Any apparent difference in color may be due to color grading during the video editing process or lighting on stage.
As seen in this video and written instagram post

Jacob Collier uses the Grace Design m108, visible at the bottom of his rack in a Twitter post captioned "Tabla time." This preamp is likely employed for drum, room, and piano microphones, connected via Dante. It was added to his setup around 2017 when Ben Bloomberg upgraded his gear.
In a tweet by Jacob Collier during his "Djesse Listening Party" held on the 6th of December 2020, he states how the original arrangement of 'Sky Above' from "Djesse Vol. 2" was recorded in a room in NYC during Autumn 2018.

Jacob uses this plugin to "add meat" to his music, as shown here.

Visible in this live performance of Stevie Wonder's "Don't You Worry 'Bout A Thing," particularly at 5:43.
Used for mardi gras crowd track in "Time Alone With You (feat. Daniel Caesar)". Jacob shows his usage of the plugin at 31:23 in the video.

Used as the main piano microphone setup, most likely since 2017, when Ben Bloomberg outfitted the room with a bunch of new gear. Shown in an Instagram live Q&A session. He uses this in combination with a Yamahico pickup for recording piano and livestreams. He shows his microphone setup starting at 20:54.
Used all across "All I Need" and other tunes on Djesse Vol. 3. Seen in the breakdown livestream around 10:40.
As spotted briefly around 22:05. It's definitely a 12" snare drum, which he's called a "popcorn snare" on multiple occasions. Not many manufacturers make maple 12" snare drums, so between the two that Pearl makes, the lugs gave away the fact that this is the modern utility one, not their piccolo snare.
As seen on the image above. Replacing the Neumann WS87, this has been the windscreen on his main vocal microphone for most of Djesse Vol. 2, as well as all of Vol. 3 - it's unlikely he'll replace it soon. The W414X came in the box with his AKG C414 XLII, which he got around 2015 and still uses. It's one of the only rectangular grey windscreens available. Using a foam windscreen instead of a circular pop-filter is uncommon, as it doesn't prevent plosives from overloading the microphone nearly as much, and most of them attenuate the high-end. Collier typically places his microphone slightly to the right of his mouth, so plosives wouldn't be a big problem without the windscreen.
At 26:24, he says "Moving over here, we have the Matroxes, which run my camera system." Three of these video encoder devices record video sources in his room (like the room camera on the ceiling, for example) and move the files on to a hard drive. This video system was probably set up some time around September or October 2019, since videos of Daniel Caesar and James Copus, recording "Time Alone with You" have been posted on Jacob's Instagram.
At 26:24, he says "Moving over here, we have the Matroxes, which run my camera system." Just below the three Matrox encoders, we can see the Blackmagic video mixer, which he uses to switch between his screen recording, face camera, keyboard camera, and room camera during YouTube livestreams. This video system was probably set up some time around September or October 2019, since videos of Daniel Caesar and James Copus, recording "Time Alone with You" have been posted on Jacob's Instagram.
Discussed at 1:31 in this April 14, 2017 interview with June Lee. Collier references the book for its explanation of negative harmony. This effected a spike in the book’s sales.

In Jacob's #IHarmU Livestream (ft. Lewin Blumel), Jacob uses Waves' Renaissance Bass (RBass) to beef up the low end of his vocal tracks. It shows him using the plugin at 10:42 in the video.

Jacob showcases his RC-20 Retro Color plugin in his 'All I Need' Logic Session Breakdown at 9:06. He calls it a "tape simulator plugin" and uses it on his brass system to produce a "slightly fuller, more rounded, warmer" sound with added "discrepancy, noise, crackle, and tube distortion".
Can be seen using at 0:50 (and later)
Collier uses this instrument in various songs, including his rendition of Georgia On My Mind, during the melodica solo.
He shows in this stream how he uses this plugin on piano to create cool effects.
In a video by Yamaha Music Europe, Jacob Collier is shown using the Yamaha Genos Digital Workstation, highlighting its features and capabilities.
Seen around 22:01 on the toms. Described as "fairly cheap AKG mics."
In an Instagram post by Jacob Collier, an Ikea Flintan chair is visible in his studio setup, providing insight into his studio environment.
