This guitar was auctioned in 2021 Music Rising auction. Lennon confirms that it is a D-28 model (the catalog does not specify the model) in Facebook post:
I’ve donated my Martin D 28 Guitar to the #GuitarIcons Auction to benefit Music Rising. Music Rising was co-founded by my good friend U2’s The Edge, along with producer Bob Ezrin back in 2005, post Hurricane Katrina to help musicians whose lives had been turned upside down by the disaster. Now they’re back with another auction (11th December) to help the musicians and crew who are still struggling to stay afloat post pandemic.
