In the user-uploaded photo, a yellow pedal with two knobs is visible on the floor, which appears to be an MXR M104 Distortion+. Given that most of Kirk Fisher's distortion sound is pedal-based, it's more likely this is the MXR Distortion+ rather than a DOD 250.
This was one of Kirks main guitars back in the 90s, he removed the neck pickup and covered the hole with black tape. He also added a Rebel flag sticker later on as you can see here
