At the 0:18 mark In this YouTube, Lily Macieira can be seen playing a P-Bass. This is confirmed to be the Fender Limited Vintera II Road Worn '60s Precision Bass as per an article on the official Fender website.

From what I can tell from the texture of the case, the style and layout of the knobs, and the fact the knobs have LEDs in them, it is a Fender Compugilist. The position in the pedal chain suggests it's primarily used for compression, but also adding in some extra bass low end when needed. The position of the Level and Gain on the Distortion side from the photo makes sense for this.
