In the video, you can see the headstock enough to make out the trussrod cover says "Orca," and as the tuners have the ivory/mother of pearl button caps, that marks it the Orca '59, since the Orca has ebony tuner buttons.

Mary shows off the 20th fret access on this new Martin SC-13E, so named because the neck joins at the 13th fret, rather than the 12th or the 14th. She plays it througout.

Mary Spender has an Ibanez AF85 in Violin Sunburst, as seen in her Instagram post. She mentions reclaiming this guitar, which she had previously sold in 2013. The guitar is part of the Artcore Series, and while the stock image may differ slightly—specifically the horn shape—her model is consistent with the AK85 design.
