He used to have it on his board (as seen in the video at 0:03)
Nathan recently swapped out his Walrus Deep Six compressor
In the center of Nathan Stocker's pedalboard, a Line 6 DL4 Delay Modeler is visible. Although the image is in black and white, the pedal's distinctive shape suggests it is indeed the DL4.
The EP Booster can be seen next to his compressor, Deep Six by Walrus Audio. Picture taken before their performance at riot fest.
A Boss DD-20 that has been modified by Chesapeake Effects can be seen at the top left of Nathan Stock's board. The mod changes the surface and layout of the DD-20, but everything else remains the same. You can view the Chesapeak Effects service here: http://www.chesapeakeeffects.net/product/boss-dd-20-rehouse
As seen in the video, Nathan is using a D'Angelico Deluxe DC with a Matte Cherry finish (Limited Edition color) with gold hardware and a D'Angelico stairstep tailpiece.
This guitar can be seen @ the 0:22 timestamp and at 2:30.
This one was hard to come by due to the very few videos Nathan is in using it, but this guitar was used during his 'Danger Will Robinson aka Northen' band days. This was his main guitar before he got his Fender Tele that he's known for using 90% of the time today, but he acquired that one soon before this band called it quits.
It took some time to distinguish whether or not this was a PRS SE CUSTOM 24 or 22 becaue of how the band had their stage setup with low red and orange lights and the camera not being completey focused in high quality on the guitar, but after watching the same three videos I could find of him using it, I came to the conclusion that it was a 24 due to switch and bridge differential from the 22. Hopefully I'm right.
In this session from 2015 Stocker can be seen using a Sonic Blue Mustang, this guitar is not used very often live
In the shot at 0:49 you can see a Boss Chromatic Tuner at the top of his board
In the shot at 0:49 you can see an Ernie Ball VP JR. in use
In the shot at 0:29 you can see what appears to be a Deluxe Hot Rod Amp behind Nathan
Straying from his main Fender Teleaster that he usally uses 90% of the time, Nathan has been recently seen with his failry new Gibson 335 on this past tour.
At @ 5:00 in this youtube video you can see Nathan playing the J-45 clearly.
Here in a promo video for Nathan‘s other band “Baby Boys” You can see Nathan playing a Fender Mustang.
Nathan can be seen using his Gibson EE-335 TD at the Better Not F- This Up show on February 2nd, 2020. He confirms in the comments that it is a 1972 model.
In this YouTube video, as well as countless others, he can be seen using a D'Angelico transparent wine DC with a tortoise shell pick guard. The tortoiseshell pick guard is what makes me believe it is the Boardwalk version of D'Angelico's DC hollow body guitar.
In the shot at 0:49 you can see a Boss RV-6 to left of Nathan's volume pedal.
