According to this interview with Guitar Magazine from December of 2019, when asked about his current guitar setup Oscar Jerome responded:

In this interview with Guitar Magazine Oscar Jerome says:

I used to play that guitar a lot with a Polytone Mini-Brute amp but that died on me and I can’t find a new chip for the circuit board. Anyone got a link? Help me out!

In the video, you can see his pedalboard clearly. The Grey stompbox looks very much like the Behringer VD400.

In this Instagram video Oscar plays a version of Where Are Your Branches? (Where Is Your Fruit?). When I asked him what did he use to get his signature pitch modulation he talked about the Ultra Shifter. The answer is still on the comment section of that Instagram post.
