Cheap but effective

Yes, it is a Behringer, and they get a bad rap sometimes. But circuit wise, this is just a clone of the Boss CS-3. Mine is always on, so the plastic housing is not an issue. Keeps my signal in line and does it with transparency.

Does it's job

I tried this once, it does what a compressor should do, but I had to learn that compressor is just not my kink.

rmpeake3

Great pedal for the price

This is a great pedal for the price. It sounds just a tiny bit digital and the sustain isn't quite right, but it's a good pedal. I highly recommend if you can't get the Boss compressor pedal.

CS400

I use this pedal as my clean boost to get some volume for my clean sound. It works rather well. Use this with some chorus and reverb and you're set. I'd buy it again.

olihowes05

works nicely

awesome sounding compressor only thing that bugs me is that it is made of plastic

eddbass

Nice but cheaply made

Nice copy of the Boss Compressor Sustainer, but in a cheap plastic housing.

Not a bad first Comp

This is my first Compressor and at first I had no problems but as time has gone by I've noticed I'm having problems getting good natural decay. This has helped sustain notes but then it just suddenly dies and I'm not sure how to get it to decay more naturally.

garrobo

what´s your power source. If you are using batteries that might be the problem. just a mear suggestion, try a 9V power converter a good one, most of the problems of this pedal is the power "aissolation" if too weak has trouble with sound, if too "loud" has a very humming noise. But it´s a cheap pedal, have fun, destroy it. Salutation to you from El Salvador

This is basically a clone of that Boss pedal, a decent one but not a great one imho.
