In this video at 1:15, Pop Smoke can be seen rapping on what is either a U87 Ai or U87. I believe this is the microphone he used to record Meet the Woo vol.1. because in the rest of his videos prior to his tragic death, but post the release of meet the woo 1, it is obvious that he is intently using the sony c-800. it could be mandatory as victor victor is a subgroup of sony records. or he could have admired it for his crisp sound. However, I am a huge fan of the sound from meet the woo vol.1 specifically tracks 1,3,4,5. I think the U87 really compliments his already very unique voice.
