In this youtube video at 3:11, Scooter can be seen having the Yamaha SY99 on stage (center keyboard). It can be identified by the 3 bends + floppy drive on the left, the shape of the side panels, the display position, the rotary nob and the space between the side panels and the buttons. The Yamaha SY77 looks very similar, but the highest key for the SY77 is a C, while the highest key for the Yamaha SY99 is a G.

In this youtube video at 2:52, the Clavia Nord Lead 3 can be seen in the Scooter's keyboard rack. The many knobs with LED indicators make it easy to identify - no other Nord keyboard features LED indicators on almost all knobs.
