At 17:15 in this rig rundown video Sonny shows his Zendrive stating that if he could use only one pedal than this would be it. He also mentions that it is a high gain modded version of the original.

It’s been through a lot of changes, but some pedals have stayed the same, for the core lead sound in particular. The first pedal is the Demeter Fuzzulator, and I actually use that for a boost, so most of the time it’s off. From there, it goes to the Hermida Mosferatu.

From there, it goes to the Hermida Mosferatu. That’s a MOSFET design, and I’ve never heard any other drive pedal as smooth and dynamic - it’s like the perfect midrange amp in a little box.
