This is his main guitar in X Japan and more recently during Luna Sea's "Lunacy" shows.

Sugizo is confirmed to use the Yamaha SA1200S, as evidenced in a post on his official Instagram account. The image clearly shows Sugizo playing this guitar, and the model can be identified by the text "SA12" on the truss rod cover, distinguishing it from the similar SA1000 model.
